Leagrave sits in the north-west corner of Luton, mostly LU4 postcode rather than LU1, about 3 miles from the town centre and roughly 10 to 15 minutes in the van depending on traffic through Limbury. It's largely residential, a solid mix of 1930s and 1950s semis alongside some 1970s and 1980s infill estates. We get a steady run of lockouts here, lock upgrades on ageing uPVC doors, and occasional break-in responses, particularly on the quieter side streets backing onto the Leagrave Marsh area.

Leagrave Road and Toddington Road are the main routes we come in on, usually off the A5 or cutting through via Marsh Road. A lot of the housing stock around Compton Avenue and Sundon Road still has original single-cylinder locks that haven't been touched in decades. The older semis near the station often have timber frames with tired mortice locks, while the newer closes off Bramingham Road lean heavily on uPVC with budget cylinders. Honestly, a lot of these doors are one decent kick away from opening, which we're blunt about when we're on site.
